This is the largest Nordic bowl Gene throws, 6.5" height, 8.5" diameter. Lucy wanted to experiment with the lovely gray Antler glaze that is fairly new to our palette. Gene dipped  did the Oatmeal glaze interior rim, after Lucy added wax resist design. The effect is of a new snow cover on the still warm earth. We have been anticipating snow now, reluctantly letting go of the sweet long fall into the holiday and resting season.
