We offer returns or exchanges, less shipping costs, provided that you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Approved returns are eligible for your choice of store credit, a different item, or a refund to your original payment method. Returned items must be in new, unused condition with no visible signs of wear or use. 

Steps for Returning an Item

1. Call (320) 769-2142 or email info@tokheim-stoneware.com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
2. Carefully pack your return using the original shipping box and bubble wrap to ensure that the items are not broken in transit and ship it to the following address.
