Covered baking dishes are an important piece in every kitchen. I particularly appreciate my extra large Tokheim Stoneware casserole to roast large chickens to a golden turn. The small and medium sizes are excellent with warming side dishes to bring directly to the table. The large size is a good size for making bread.
